Neon, negative space, and matte - is a cooler combination for summer even possible?! 😍

I was playing around with these rainbow, neon polishes I received from @SallyHansenCA and thought that this design would be a fun way to show them all off at once. My favourite thing about these polishes is that you don’t have to put a white base under them to make the neon really pop!

💙 Miami Ice (my personal fave!)
💜 Violet Voltage

I can’t decide if I like this design better with the matte topcoat (the two pictures above) or without a topcoat at all (the two pictures below) - what do you guys think? 🤔

In addition to the Sally Hansen colours listed above, I also used Butter London's Priming Basecoat and Sally Hansen's Miracle Matte Gel Topcoat for this look.
