I've never tried thermal polishes before, but these were both really fun to play with (and also let me know that the blood circulation in my fingers in the cold winter weather definitely leaves something to be desired 😂)
Both polishes have the same product ID, #41003, and you can search that on BPS to find them.
The first polish is colour 12. It's light grey when warm and a darker grey when cold. You can see a video of the transition in my insta post here (scroll over one picture to see the video):
The second polish is colour 8. It's a medium blue when it's warm and a dark purple when it's cold. Again, you can see a video of the transition here:
I found that the thermal effect for both of these polishes work better when you're not wearing a base coat. When you apply the polishes to your nail sans-basecoat, it'll change colour as you're painting, but for some reason a base coat made them much slower to change colours. I guess it blocks some of the body heat from your finger from coming through to your nail.
A topcoat didn't seem to have much effect on the colour changing though, so I would definitely recommend that step (the polish chipped super fast without one).
If you want to try these polishes out for yourself, they retail for US$7 and can be found here. Remember that BPS offers free worldwide shipping on all offers, and you can get a 10% discount on your purchase by using my discount code FHX31.
