We the North

Gotta show some spirit when the local team finally makes it into the finals!

I should maybe admit that I’m not a huge sports fan - my parents signed me up for basketball when I was younger but my interests clearly leaned more artistic than athletic (sorry dad!) 🙈 However! National pride and my friends and family who are sports fans dictate that I showed some support to the Toronto Raptors when they made it into the playoffs!

One of my friends kept sending me pictures of other Raptors nails during the playoffs, and it finally broke me down and convinced me to paint my own set. I was obviously inspired by the "We The North" logo, as well as the Raptors team logo on the pinky.

Happy to say that the Raps pulled through and won the championship - it was great seeing everyone have so much pride in the city and in the country.
