He may look like a bear, but Ryan from Kakao Friends is really a lion without a mane! And a cute one at that!
I honestly always thought that Ryan was a bear, but I learned the truth while I was doing research for this set! This design is an even more minimalistic take on my usual Character Cuticle nails. If I remember correctly, I was really busy the week I painted these and ended up with plain nails for work which is obviously not my typical style. I was sad about it, and decided to just take five minutes to paint a tiny Ryan on one nail to keep me company for the week!
Work is pretty hard on my hands, so they did get chipped before I took good photos of the original design, but I liked the style enough to repaint Ryan for the camera, and even added a second one to the thumb!
