Animal Crossing

My Character Cuticles series is back!
It feels like I haven't added to this series in forever, and when I asked my friends for suggestions of characters to add, my friend Joanne suggested I do Animal Crossing.

Confession time: I've never actually played Animal Crossing. 😅

As much as I want to, I'm really not great at video games, and I didn't want to buy a whole Nintendo Switch just to play this game, as cute as it looks.

Instead, I settled for having some of the villagers on my nails.
Isabelle and Tom Nook were the only two I knew offhand, but I did some research and read through a bunch of articles to figure out who else I wanted to paint. The other three characters I chose - Genji, Stitches, and Bob - I just thought were really cute!
