I think there was probably some kind of shipping issue with this order since it was sent out early February and I didn't receive it until a few weeks ago. When I has originally ordered these 3D Rhinestone Mask Decorations I was thinking of doing some kind of belated Mardi Gras theme, but since it's a little late for that I reevaluated and realized that for a lot of people it's probably getting close to prom season! Therefore this prom/masquerade design was born!
