Pride

I'm revisiting my Finger Hearts design from this past February today in honour of Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

I knew that I wanted to do a design for Pride Month this year but I wasn't sure what I wanted to do for it. While I was brainstorming, I thought about seeing different projects on Tumblr featuring various LGBTQIA+ flags and I thought it would be cool to include that kind of diversity and representation in my design as well.
Once I decided that I wanted to include different flags, I moved on to figuring out how I was going to fit them all into a design. I thought about just doing one large flag-heart per nail, but then I remembered my finger hearts design and realized that it would be a really awesome vehicle for what I wanted to do!

I chose a neutral background (CND - Studio White) for the design since there are so many different colours in the flags themselves, and then decided on which flags to use. I know there are a lot more out there than are portrayed in this design and I wish I could have included more, but I did by best considering the constraints of the design ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Since each nail uses different colours for the flags/hearts, I'm going to break the products used down by individual nail today instead of just giving the combined list. Studio White, which is listed for each nail, is the off-white base colour, while I Blanked Out is a pure white polish that I used as the base for all of the hearts:
