Glitter Watermelon

What's better for summer than glittery watermelons?

I don't know about you guys, but I love watermelon nails. No matter what people do with them they always turn out looking adorable. This is my take on watermelon nails for this summer, inspired by this awesome, glittery pink polish that I received from CND. I was really impressed by how thick the polish's formula was. A lot of the times when you apply a glitter polish you end up with like, 5 pieces of glitter on your nail but that wasn't the case with this polish. I probably could have gotten full coverage with two coats, but I decided to go for 3 because why hold back when it comes to glitter? And since I used a peel-off base coat so I didn't even have to worry about removal afterwards!

I also made a tutorial in case you guys want to try this out for yourself!

Enjoy!

  1. This watermelon is so cute. I like this design so much. I often take ideas from http://nailartstyle.com/top-35-round-acrylic-nails website. And where did you get yours?

I get my inspiration from all over; for this design I was inspired by the polish I used, CND's Pinkle Twinkle. ^^
