Luck of the Irish

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

This year I decided to go with a really simple gold glitter gradient and a single clover as an accent. The gold glitter is the same one that I used in my last design - Essie's Rock at the Top - and loved, so I decided to use it again here.

My favourite part of this design is that I think I finally managed to break my personal curse of never being able to draw shamrocks. I honestly have no idea why I have such a hard time with them - like ask me to paint a semi-realistic whale and astronaut on my nails and I can do it just fine, but ask me to paint a shamrock and any artistic talent I have seems to disappear. Thankfully though, I seem to have gotten a better grasp on painting them; they actually look half decent!

I know I usually have more pictures up in these posts but I had to cut my editing short last night to study for a marketing midterm I had today >.<

But anyways, I hope you all have a fun St. Patty's tonight!
