Red lip? NO. Earrings? NO. High Heels? NO. Handbag? NO. 🙅♀️
Back in late January, CLC came back with their 8th mini album "No. 1" and the title track off the album, "NO."
CLC is one of my favourite girl groups and I really loved this comeback from them, so I obviously had to do a nail design inspired by the song!
I decided to approach this design a little differently than I do most. Instead of looking for specific scenes from the music video to recreate, I focused more on painting a literal representation of the lyrics. I thought this was a fun take on the song while still keeping the colour scheme and vibe of the music video.
While I did pull screenshots from the music video to put in the inspiration collage above, I used other pictures as reference for the lipstick and high heels.
I think I used a random red lipstick off of google images (I didn't save the picture in my files so I'm not sure what brand it was).
For the shoes, I used a picture of the iconic red soled Louis Vuitton heels.
